Over 200 million energy bills are sent to households every year. Energy companies work hard to make sure their contact with customers goes smoothly.

To help improve customer services, companies have signed up to a series of voluntary codes of practice. These are the Code of Practice for Accurate Bills and the EnergySure Code. You can find out more about these using the links on the left.
