Stage 1 was completed on 31st March 2004
and an End Stage Report produced.
This stage of the Programme set out to deliver:
- An industry performance baseline;
- Identification and root cause analysis
of issues that can arise when customers
transfer from one supplier to another;
and
- Sufficient data to support the establishment
of business justified solutions based
on the root cause analysis conducted.
The output from Stage 1 is being used to
assist in developing solutions during Stage
2 of the programme.
