This workstream
was asked to deliver an ongoing monitoring
framework that would:
| Measure
the customer experience through a
set of output (CSF) monitors which
we can publish within (and potentially
outside) the Programme; |
| Provide
assurance to the Supplier community
that the CoS process is technically
robust and operating well (e.g. data
quality, timing); |
| Measure
the success of CTP. |

The Core Data Catalogue Template was
developed into agreed Core Data Catalogues
for each of electricity and gas. These
were implemented under SPAA and MRA, and
can be viewed from the Stage 2 Governance
Workstream page which can be accessed
by clicking here.The
four documents below were produced by
the QM workstream as part of the monitor
development process. They illustrate the
key steps in the CoS process, and the
Core Data items which may be available
at each of these process steps, as at
Q4 2004. They will not form part of the
ongoing monitoring service requirements,
but are made available here for information.
