This workstream was tasked with supporting
the progression of change delivered by the
other workstreams. The first set of changes
was delivered early during the lifetime
of Stage 2 as they were not dependent on
the End to End Solutions being developed

Following the review by industry of the
proposed solutions issued on 20th December
2004, final changes and modifications were
developed by the Central Programme Team
and raised into formal industry governance
during the early months of 2005. Zip files
